Back in Person Sessions Are Go!

Hello Connect Balance Grow Seekers

You may notice that I am no longer using the word “Tribe” to address all you beautiful souls. It has been brought to my attention that using the word “Tribe” in the wellness industry is culturally inappropriate. If you would like to read more on this check out this post from @byacademy

My first week back in my physical healing space at the Healthy Hub Wellness Centre was amazing. I didn’t realise how much I had missed my space until I walked in the door! Once I had given it a good energetic cleanse with some Reiki, sound vibration & an essential oils blend going in the defuser the vibe of the room was magical. It was much the same preparing my practice room at home for my first in person session. Although I had been doing distance sessions from there, it felt the need for a good furniture shuffle & re-energise.

My energy work has changed from how I worked before iso. Working through distance sessions has really opened up my sensory perception & this is now flowing through into my in-person sessions, bringing in another awareness layer. It’s super exciting what is coming through!

In the CBG Healing Connection Group we have begun to explore the Meridian Energetic Pathways in the body. I’ve had so much fun putting together our group Cleansing & Balancing Meditations. So far we have looked into the Central, Governing, Bladder & Kidney Meridians. If you would love to know more about these fascinating energy channels in our bodies, you are welcome to join us & catch up on the replays.

This week in clinic I have had a wonderful combination of in person, distance video & distance phone sessions. We have worked on receiving & maintaining abundance, boundaries, openness, confidence, strength, grounding, releasing control, embracing the divine feminine, perspective, lightness, freedom, energy protection, direction, clarity & calmness. The Core Beliefs & Universal Concepts we were working with were “I am choosing to love myself” & “I am accepting that everything evolves, including me”.

Take care, enjoy the rest of your Friday & be fantastically kind.
