Let’s have a chat about our Spiritual Practice. Spiritual Practice to me is a way of connecting in with myself, my guides, my higher self & the Earth. Your practice can be absolutely anything that allows you time & space to check in, the key is to create something enjoyable & high vibe that fits & flows into your daily life. Once I lowered my expectations to what my practice needed to look like & focused more on how it felt, it suddenly became so much easier to allow in & create space for each day. Today my practice was sitting outside, having a cup of tea made from the herbs I planted last week & then after school drop-off a session on the cross trainer listening to my new fav playlist Celtic Workout https://open.spotify.com/playlist/3595WYN688ZkxHATeU7QOS (I dare you not to have the hugest smile on your face as you work out to this, it’s impossible). I set the intention that I am centred, cleared & grounded & double check in to make sure this is so & that’s it, done! Of course there are times when greater ritual & energy work are necessary, but from day to day this is what works for me.
This week in clinic we have worked with supressed anger, triggers & challenges, core behaviours & needs around habits, procrastination, fear of the future & safety, rebuilding the energetic core self, finding truth from within, clearing head to heart pathway & being open & receptive to change.
The Core Beliefs & Universal Concepts themes this week were “I fit in”, “I choose people & events that support my healing” & “I always have a choice”.
